2 oz London Dry Gin
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
top with champagne (I used 5 oz Cava)
Shake the Gin/Lemon/Simple Syrup and strain into glass with cracked ice. top with champagne. Refreshing!
